Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more (before tax and after discounts) shipped within the continental United States. 

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are notshipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Prana & Spice is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
